The process
From first call to handover
Discovery and lot review
We talk through what you want, your budget and your timeline, and review your lot, its zoning and what you are allowed to build.
Design and budget
We work with your architect, or bring one in, to develop the design while we price it. You see the cost as the design changes, not after.
Permits and preparation
We coordinate drawings, engineering and permit applications, and lock in trades and long-lead items before construction starts.
Construction
We build to a working schedule and track cost against budget throughout. You get regular updates and a single point of contact.
Handover
We inspect, fix, and walk you through the finished home before you take possession.
